1. Change the log level to ìDEBUGî HKLM\Software\certgate AirID SmartCard Bluetooth Token\LogLevel = DEBUG
2. After that, change the HKLM\Software\certgate AirID SmartCard Bluetooth Token\LogFile = <new File Path> entry to your new file name which will be created automatically when changing the LogFile you have to ensure it is accessible by local service user!
