- Use the control element to navigate to Settings and select → Update Firmware Navigate to → Confirm: Yes and select it
- Connect your AirID with the USB-cable to a Windows computer or Mac.
- The AirID should display: "Send update or unpower to exit"
On With a Windows PC - Open the folder with the firmware and run the "flash_gecko.bat" file
On With a MacOS - Open the folder with the firmware and run the "flash-gecko.command" file
- After a successful update the AirID will reboot automatically and can be used as usual
