This error code is returned when the user has entered a wrong PIN or used unkown biometric markers to authenticate herself against the Mobile Authentication AirID Virtual app. Make sure that the PIN you enter is correct. The PIN of APIIDA Mobile Authentication AirID Virtual does not have to be same as the phone’s system wide PIN.
