We are constantly working to improve AirID FIDO in terms of reliability and speed. In our Download Center you can find regular firmware updates for your AirID FIDO.
We suggest to install a firmware update as soon as it is available to use the most of your AirID FIDO and its technology.
The AirID FIDO firmware can be updated via USB on Windows or MacOS PCs. Download the latest firmware from our Download Center and unzip the folder completely.
Below, you will find the necessary steps for the update.

1. Use the control element of the AirID FIDO to navigate to Settings → Update Firmware → Confirm: Yes 2. The AirID FIDO should display: "Send update or unpower to exit" 3. Connect your AirID FIDO with the USB cable to a Windows computer or Mac. |

With a Windows PC 4. Open the folder with the extracted firmware and run the "winusb-flash-device.exe" file 5. After a successful update the AirID FIDO will reboot automatically and can be used as usual |
