Which Bluetooth USB dongles are recommend for connecting the ONEKEY ID with a Windows adapter (dongle) are recommended for using with AirID on a Windows10 PC?
Answer
For Windows 10 computer without (or non reliable) integrated bluetooth low energy capabilities, a third party USB-bluetooth low energy (BLE) adapter must t be used. certgate constantly tests third party bluetooth adapters to provide maxmimum compatibility, although not all combination can be tested in advance. We recommend to use a branded BLE adapter from reliable sources.
