When using the cloud deployment of AirID Virtual this error message indicates that you performed an operation that wants to check the revocation status of the certificate. To do so the certificate sub system of Windows tries to download AirID Virtual's Certificate Revocation List (CRL) from our servers. This fails if you don’t have Internet access or if the communication with APIIDA’s with AirID Virtual's website is blocked by firewalls.
