How can I switch between two paired ONEKEY ID on a Windows 10 system?

Answer

A Windows 10 system can be paired with multiple ONEKEY ID, but note that only one token can be activily used.


You need admin rights for this procedure.


If you paired two ONEKEY ID successfully with your PC and you want to switch between them please follow the steps below:

Step-by-Step


  1. Make a right click with the computer mouse over the Windows start button and choose "Device Manager" from the context menu.
  2. In "Device Manager" scroll down until you see "Smartcard Reader".
  3. Click the arrow left from "Smartcard Reader".
  4. Make a right click with the computer mouse over "certgate Bluetooth Token V4" and choose "Disable".
  5. Make a right click with the computer mouse over the system tray icon in the task bar and choose "Exit".
  6. Switch the recognized OKID off.
  7. Make a right click with the computer mouse over "certgate Bluetooth Token V4" and choose "Enable".
  8. Open a file explorer and change to the folder "C:\Program Files\certgate\certgate SmartCard Bluetooth Token" and execute a double click on "cgPCSCBTV4Tray.exe".
  9. Switch the other OKID on.
  10. On the OKID display you will see a new session key.
  11. On the desktop you will see the session key window.
  12. Enter the session key.

Now you can use the second ONEKEY ID on your PC.

If you want to use the other ONEKEY ID again, you will have to repeat the procedure.
