Smart card reader settings

  • Signal strength → max.
  • Distance Sensor → off

AirID Software

  • make sure, the latest AirID Installer (including AirID Driver and AirID Central) is installed. The latest version can be downloaded here.

Smart card reader firmware

  • make sure, the latest firmware is installed on your reader (update via AirID Central or manual update)

Bluetooth Driver

  • Update the Bluetooth driver to the latest version

  • Check Windows power saving mode
