The revocation status of the smartcard certificate used for authentication could not be determined.
When using the cloud deployment of APIIDA Mobile Authentication this error message indicates that you perfomed an operation that wants to check the revocation status of the certifcate. To do so the certificate sub system of Windows tries to download APIIDA’s Certificate Revocation List (CRL) from our servers. This fails if you don’t have Internet access or if the communication with APIIDA’s website is blocked by firewalls.
When using APIIDA Mobile Authentication together with your own certificate authority check if the CRL can be found at the endpoint listed in the certificate and can be accessed by the operating system.
