Smart card reader settings
- Signal strength → max.
- Distance Sensor → off
AirID Software
- make sure, the latest AirID Installer (including AirID Driver and AirID Central) is installed. The latest version can be downloaded here.
Smart card reader firmware
- make sure, the latest firmware is installed on your reader (update via AirID Central or manual update)
Bluetooth Driver
- Update the Bluetooth driver to the latest version
Bluetooth Hardware
- Check Windows power saving mode
