Please follow the steps below to enable FIDO2 support

  1. go to https://portal.azure.com/
  2. go to Azure Active Directory (pic1)
  3. go to the "Security" section (pic2)
  4. and select "Authentication Methods" (pic3)
  5. Now select the FIDO2 Security Key Method (pic4)
  6. Set the method to enabled and for all users
