Please follow the steps below to enable FIDO2 support - go to https://portal.azure.com/
- go to Azure Active Directory (pic1)
- go to the "Security" section (pic2)
- and select "Authentication Methods" (pic3)
- Now select the FIDO2 Security Key Method (pic4)
- Set the method to enabled and for all users
