How can I enable Microsofts Policy to Support FIDO2 ?

This is Part 1 of a 2 part series on how toenable Microsoft's FIDO2 Support.

Please follow the steps below:

To proceed with this guide, Domain Admin priviliges are necessary!



Step-by-Step

Please follow the steps below to enable FIDO2 support

  1. go to https://portal.azure.com/
  2. go to Azure Active Directory (pic1)
  3. go to the "Security" section (pic2)
  4. and select "Authentication Methods" (pic3)
  5. Now select the FIDO2 Security Key Method (pic4)
  6. Set the method to enabled and for all users
