How do I reprovision my phone?

Answer

For the reprovisioning of cgphone the admin (cgPhone Enterprise) or AirID support (cgPhone online) needs to generate new provisioning code.

Step-by-Step

  1. go to preferences screen
  2. tap displayed sip account information for provisioning details
  3. tap displayed sip account information again
  4. tap "ok" when asked if you want to provision again
  5. proceed with instructions on how to provision phone initially (see cgPhone - Quick Start)
