What can I do if my Windows lock screen displays "not enogh system ressources - couldn't log in" or "Insufficient system ressources exist to complete <service>"

This strange bug can simply be solved by modifieing or adding the following registry entries and restarting your computer.
Only make changes in your registry if you're already familiar with doing such things, otherwise please get in touch with your IT-Support.
